What is NLP? NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) explores how we think and feel and studies excellence in every walk of life. As NLP develops, more and more techniques are produced that we can learn. For example: building relationships, learning to spell better, getting rid of phobias, increasing confidence and reducing performance anxiety.

What is Yoga? Yoga is an ancient multi-faceted discipline involving a variety of techniques to bring body, mind and spirit into harmony with each other.

Sue Staziker has been teaching and practising Yoga for over 30 years and is a qualified Satvik Energy Therapist. Inspired by Iyengar, Sivananda, Yogananda and Vanda Scaravelli she brings to her own practice and teaching wide variety of influences and styles.
Teaching yoga to groups and individuals as an integrated system of self development including posture work, breathing exercises, voice work, visualisation, affirmation and meditation, Sue enables you to develop a personal practice which is varied, beneficial and fun.
